Ingredients

  • 500 gm minced chicken
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon crushed to paste garlic
  • 5 clove
  • 2 red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered chana dal
  • 1 tablespoon crushed to paste ginger
  • 5 black cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 15 peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 cup refined oil

Instructions

 

 

  • Step 1
