Ingredients

  • 55g/2oz Olivio
  • 2CLOVES  garlic crushed
  • 50g can anchovy fillets in olive oil
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 85g/3oz black olive
  • 400g can chopped tamatoes
  • 350g/12oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

Instructions

Heat the olivio in a saucepan and saute garlic and anchovies until soft. Add caper olives and tomatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes Meanwhile cook the pasta according to pack instruction drain add pasta to sauce toss well tomatoes and serve sprinkled with parsley
