Gola Kabab And Sikh kebab
Ingredients
- Mince ½ kg
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil Meezan
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3 (grinded)
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 (grinded)
- Clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp (grinded)
- Green cardamom ¼ tsp (grinded)
- Chopped red chilli 2 tbsp
- Shan Seekh Kebabs Masala 1 pack.
Instructions
Minced add all the spices I made and mix well.
Put the coal in it and put two tablespoons of oil in the fridge and refrigerate for an hour.
Now give a shape of Gola kabab and fry in hot oil.
Eat yourself and feed other as well.
